Textures: L4D (extracted by Poe @ GOS) & The Laden Swallow.
Mesh: Beosboxboy @ Blogspot (Master meshes included - one window + 1 plant, therefore download the rest here).
Other: 10 shutter recolours [also appears on the door] & 1 plant recolour. As shown above you can interchange the frames with the shutters etc. Recolours are master/slaved. I've included the master mesh, however you will have to download the others. There's a one wooden, one metal & one concretish, the others are the wooden 'Ikea lack' colours.

Haha, so have I but no one seemed to have done any recolours so I had to get off my own lazy butt and do it myself.
