Textures: Maxis. L4D (extracted by Poe @ GOS), google.
Mesh: This is a hidden maxis mesh (basegame). Fanseelamb @ MTS2 unlocked it here. I don't know if you need it for the recolours to be visible (since technically the mesh is still in your game ?) so I included it just incase.
Other: Adult & young adult, male & female. Everyday/athletic. There are two colours (green & yellow) and each has two recolours (bloody & blood/dirt).
