Textures: From the ‘Animated Doctor Who’ series (gained from google) and from here. Cybermen gained from google. "Keep Calm and Don't Blink" texture from Phoenix Phaerie @ MTS2. 
Mesh: Surfing the Universe (Maxis, University) & ClubCrimsyn for the Cybermen (included).
Other: Clearly labelled. The Cybermen overlays don't suit all kind of walls, probably best on paler, creamy colours like shown in my display.

Q__Q blink was so creepy, and to make it worst, I used to see statues like that all the time, makes me never want to go back to the UK.
